About me

Hello! I’m Leigh. I’m an integrative counsellor offering online and face to face counselling and supervision. I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from CPCAB, alongside an Open Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Sociology, and Philosophy. I’m also a Professional Accredited member of the NCPS, fully insured, and ICO registered.

My interest in counselling grew from a long-standing curiosity about people, relationships, and the ways we experience ourselves and the world around us. I feel particularly drawn to ideas from existentialism, existential phenomenology, and depth psychology, which explore themes such as identity, meaning, uncertainty, and the deeper parts of human experience.

As someone who has experienced therapy myself, I understand how important it is to find a counsellor you genuinely feel comfortable with. With this in mind, I aim to create a space where clients can speak openly, feel respected, and explore themselves without pressure or judgment. I value authenticity within the therapeutic relationship and recognise that no two people experience life in the same way.

Alongside counselling, I also enjoy supporting counsellors and trainees through supervision. I find it incredibly rewarding to watch supervisees grow in confidence, develop their own therapeutic voice, and deepen their understanding of client work over time.
