It is a circle by the fire; a place to pause, breathe, and listen for the deeper rhythms beneath your practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In these supervision sessions, we tend to more than checklists and requirements. We tend to the soul of your work. We welcome the bright sparks of inspiration, the weary places that need rest, and the wild wisdom that still burns quietly at your core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Counselling supervision<\/strong> is where you can bring your whole self; the confident and the uncertain, the polished and the messy. Around the fire, all of it belongs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Spirit of My Counselling Supervision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A circle, not a hierarchy.<\/strong> Supervision is a space of connection, not judgment. We sit alongside each other, listening deeply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Story and symbol.<\/strong> We draw on image, intuition, and metaphor, working with the language beneath words that often carries the deepest truths.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tending the fire.<\/strong> Together we notice what is strong, what is fading, and what longs to spark again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rooted in Ethics, Nourished by Soul<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, <strong>counselling supervision<\/strong> with myself also honours the ethical frameworks that protect both you and your clients (see <a href=\"https:\/\/ncps.com\/blog\/posts\/the-importance-of-supervision\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NCPS\u2019s guidance on supervision<\/a>). But supervision with me goes further; it is a hearth where professional practice and personal meaning can sit side by side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are seeking <strong>counselling supervision<\/strong> that feels less like a formality and more like a return to the fire, to instinct, connection, and renewal, you are warmly invited into this circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Costs <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Supervision sessions are charged at \u00a370.00 per 1.5 hours monthly, this is usually broken down into two 45-minute supervision sessions per month (as per NCPS &amp; BACP requirements).
